Cancellation
Mia has a tightly packed schedule, so her policies for cancelation are firm.
If you need to cancel a session, contact Mia 24 hours before your session. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged for the full session fee. This rule applies even if you are canceling due to sickness. Exceptions to this rule may be made in the event of true emergency.
If Mia cancels the session, you will not be billed for the session. If you have a package, you will keep a class credit and may schedule another session.
Payment
Mia accepts credit cards, cheques and cash. To ensure your placement in the schedule please pay on time. If the sessions in a package have been completed, please pay for the next series so Mia can keep you in the schedule. Once you are on the schedule please take care to stick to your time.
While Training
1. Be patient.
It takes time to build new skills and break down old habits. Know that there is no quick fix and that Mia has the skills and desire to guide you out of pain and into a highly functional and fantastic-feeling body. Keep your self focused on your goals, hopes, and dreams. Mia will help you stay motivated as long as you keep showing up and doing the work.
2. Do your homework.
Plan to commit yourself to the journey. Respect and honor the time and effort that is required to achieve success.
Please bring a notebook, and if you have the technology, Mia will give you a video diary of the work being done so that you can refresh your memory and practice all the details.
